DETAILING & SERVICE
In-store visits to assure proper placement and display and to provide accurate and timely feedback in the form of useful information needed for buyers and sales personnel. Dissemination of product knowledge through seminars and training sessions. Regular mailings to account base and projections for manufacturers on a regular rolling schedule based on sell-through information and market trends.
DISTRIBUTION
We are actively servicing and selling every class of trade. We can increase sales and distribution through new accounts and expand business within the current account base. Targeted accounts deemed meaningful to expand your business will be our focus under your direction.
COMMITMENT
Participation by everyone including principals. Total involvement on a daily basis by the entire staff. Thorough and comprehensive knowledge and familiarity of account base and vendors by all, including inside support staff.
FOLLOW UP
We write and follow through with correspondence which clarifies the orders, projections, product flows, ad dates and commitments by all parties. We confirm purchase orders and follow up to insure timely delivery. We develop and implement logical systems, manually and electronically, with each vendor, which facilitates smooth processing of orders. We are in constant communication with all levels of personnel at all times.
